Delivery Information

Following changes in EU VAT and custom rules we have temporarily suspended deliveries into Europe. We are working to implement the technical changes required and hope to resume this service soon.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding UK holidays), we do not despatch or deliver on weekends. Orders placed after 3.30pm (GMT) will be processed the following working day. Returns Policy - UK

From the date you receive your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. To initiate a return login to your Frank Wright account and select the pair/pairs you wish to return and give a reason for return.  Then head to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/5855 to create a returns label/QR code. You'll need to provide your Frank Wright order reference (this starts with FWT) so you can generate a label.  Please note that a £3.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for using the Royal Mail returns service.

If you used guest checkout, you can use the Royal Mail link to send the item back, please ensure your Frank Wright order reference (this starts with FWT) is entered when completing the form.

Alternatively, you can return the items via another courier but this will be at your own expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded or signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.

Please note that refunds for Klarna payments will take longer to process.
