Delivery Information

Following changes in EU VAT and custom rules we have temporarily suspended deliveries into Europe. We are working to implement the technical changes required and hope to resume this service soon.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding UK holidays), we do not despatch or deliver on weekends. Orders placed after 3.30pm (GMT) will be processed the following working day. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are late. For further information please see our Delivery & Returns Policies.

Returns Policy - UK

From the date you receive your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed.  We will email you to confirm your return has been processed, please note the cost of the goods only will be credited to your card, all delivery charges are non-refundable and a £2.00 returns charge will be deducted from your refund for using the Royal Mail returns service. If your return is outside our 14-day policy or you have any other issues in relation to your order please contact customerenquiries@frankwrightshoes.com.

To return your item(s) via Royal Mail for a £2.00 fee, please follow the guide on your delivery note or head to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5855 to create a returns label/QR code.

Alternatively, you can return the items via another courier but this will be at your own expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded or signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
